While leadership is needed for EVERY dog, I do not believe in one method to train every dog. I also know not every person can train every method. The tools we use and the methods we apply will depend on your dog, your goals and you.

                                                                                                                                                                           In home workshop: This consists of one main session focusing only on behaviors such as potty training, jumping, chewing, pulling on leash, boundaries, barking... No obedience commands are taught here. You learn leadership and how to correctly stop negative behaviors and promote positive ones. There is also a follow up if needed to help clean up anything we worked on in the first session. The main session last roughly 3 hours depending on the dog and and the behaviors that we are working with. Cost: $250

Obedience and behavior program: This program consists of both obedience and behavior. With behavior you do not give a command, it is just the way a dog behaves within a certain scenario. Obedience is commands you give your dog to get what you want such as sit, down, stay...An example of the difference; your dog should NOT pull on the leash ever. You should not have to give a command for the dog to behave politely on the leash.

This program is 2 months long, just to make sure you have the time you need, life happens.You can do up to 8 sessions, which is one session per week but most clients average 4 to 6 sessions before they reach their goals in training. It is up to you and your dog how many sessions is needed. Cost:$500

Trainer in home program: We come and do the training for you! We teach the dog basic obedience commands and polite behavior in the home and outside on the leash while you are at work, on vacation, busy with the kids or just hanging around the house.

We come work one on one with your dog 4 days a week for about 30 to 45 minutes at a time. At the end of each week we have a session together so you can learn to work with your dogs new commands. Minimum of two weeks although you can do more to achieve higher training goals. We can take the burden of teaching your dog of your hands but it will be up to you to maintain it. Cost:$700

Board and Train: Your dog lives in the home of the trainer and learns basic commands and polite behavior. Get your puppy woes out of the way and let me take care of the potty training, chewing, biting, barking and leash manners. Available case by case because most older dogs should really be trained in the home while it offers a great head start for puppies. Call for pricing and availability.

  Pay per session: If you want additional training after you finish one of the above programs you can do so at a pay per session rate. You can do anything from obedience to tricks. Cost:$70

   Prepare and test for AKC CGC® certificate: With any training program you choose consider going all the way and getting your canine good citizen certificate.
