Thanks so much for all of your help.  Our dogs had few manners and were making our home unpleasant prior to you helping us. Every time the doorbell rang chaos ensued, food was being stolen off the table, dogs were on the furniture and jumped on people.  During the first session, after about 30 minutes they were calmly laying on the rug while we talked about Leadership.  By the time you left they were already behaving better.  The way your program fits into everyday life is amazing.  Our dogs went from unruly to really enjoyable with little disruption to our daily routine.  Your methods allow training to happen during the course of the day rather than setting aside specific training period.  The Dog Psychology really is amazing.  Once we understood their behavior and stopped treating them like people they calmed down and began to listen.

I never though I would see the day my dog would just lay there while somebody outside his family was in the house. I was amazed by that alone because it happens within the first five minutes of you being here! Thank you so much for helping us! I was not sure just one in home session would and could really fix our dog but it did. I am no longer being taking for a walk, I am in control. I no longer get jumped on when I come home, instead Chuck goes and gets a ball. We are much calmer and happier and we will be doing more sessions seeing as how quick and easily Chuck figured it out.
